Our ERCES Process

Site Evaluation & Code Assessment
We begin with a thorough on-site assessment to determine your building’s compliance with local fire code requirements (NFPA 1225 / IFC 510). This includes testing for public safety radio coverage and identifying any signal dead zones that could compromise first responder communications.

Custom iBwave System Design
Using iBwave and the latest code standards, we create a detailed ERCES design specific to your building’s layout and AHJ (Authority Having Jurisdiction) requirements. Our designs prioritize performance, cost-efficiency, and approval readiness.

Professional Installation
Our in-house team handles the full installation of the ERCES system, including all cabling, antennas, donor antennas, signal boosters, and battery backups. We ensure every component is installed to spec, tested, and ready for inspection.

Commissioning & AHJ Testing
Once installed, we commission the system and conduct full acceptance testing using calibrated RF equipment. Our NICET-certified technicians generate the official test reports required by fire departments to approve your Certificate of Occupancy.
